These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the 2x3.biz site and its members. The 2x3.biz site reserves the right to delete or disable without notice, the account of any member who violates its Terms & Conditions of Use.

1. CONDITION OF PARTICIPATION

Participation in this program is possible only for persons who have reached the age of majority, which is established by Law in the country of your residence. Usually it is 18 years and older.

2. PROHIBITED ACTIVITY

The member of 2x3.biz does not have the right to promote this site by prohibited methods such as SPAM.

3. PAYMENT METHODS & WITHDRAWALS

3.1. 2x3.biz only accepts all payment methods mentioned on its website: Perfect Money, Payeer and PayPal.

3.2. Every member must provide correct withdrawal informations. We are not responsible if a payment is sent to a wrong account provided by the member.

3.3. All commissions and/or bonus got by a member will be paid the same day.

4. PERSONNAL DATA

4.1. The membre is not required to provide any identification documents or documents containing personal data. 

4.2. We undertake not to transfer, trade, sell or give personal data of the members  to any third parties.

5. AFFILIATE PROGRAM

5.1. The affiliate Commission is calculated from the amount of the referral's subscription and is credited to the affiliate's balance immediately by the system.

5.2. Each member can participate in the program of Representatives according to the rules of participation.

5.3. Our affiliate program is opened to all members (Free and VIP Members).

6. RESPONSIBILITY

6.1. For failure and/or non-compliance of the member with these Rules, or ignoring warnings from the administration, 2x3.biz Admin may, without further negotiation and discussion with the interested party, partially restrict access, temporarily block or permanently delete the account of such member. Member's funds will be sent to his e-wallet before the account deletion or desactivation.

7. DISCLAIMER

7.2. 2x3.biz shall not be liable for any losses arising from delay in the transmission of the funds due to causes beyond its control.

7.3 Situations when certain payment processor or e-currency ceases functioning or gets compromised are beyond control of 2x3.biz administration. Thus we cannot be held liable for any losses caused by these events.

7.4 2x3.biz shall not be held responsible for any losses or damages occurring as a result of various causes, including but not limited to military force, political intervention, the prescriptions of domestic or foreign authorities or events occurring as a result of catastrophe or force majeure.
